We are happy to announce that Microsoft have launched Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018 and it is now available since 1st of December 2017.
What’s new in Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2018?
Since Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2017, there are simplified or introduced following features and functionality.
- Setup and configuration
- We have added a Setup and Extensions button in the navigation pane for the Business Manager and Accountant role centers. From the list of actions, you can open practically all setup pages, either assisted or manual. You can also open setup pages for service connections and extensions. Third-party extension providers can add their actions to the list.
- In the Manual Setup action group, each action refers to an area, such as General, Finance, and System. The row for each setup page has keywords allowing you to both search across setup pages and to filter the list to only see setup pages within a given area.
- User tasks
- In Dynamics NAV 2018, you can create tasks to remind you of work to be done. You can create tasks for yourself. You can assign tasks to others. Someone else in your organization can assign you a task.
